Customer Service Executive

  • To manage large amount of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • To handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time.
  • To take follow ups to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Experience Required

Upto 3 yr (Max)

Working Requirements
  • Basic XL Skills & Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
  • Open to work for 6 days in the window of 8AM to 8PM in 4 shifts (08:00 to 5:00 PM, 9:00 to 6:00 PM, 10:00 to 7:00 PM & 11:00 to 08:00 PM).
  • Open to work on Sunday.
  • No cabs & meal facility.
